Fees
Our standard counseling fee is $130 per hour or $195 for 90 minutes. Our fee is $90 per hour or $135 for 90 minutes for counseling provided by our intern(s).
Financial Assistance
We suggest that you check with your church to see if they can provide help with the cost of your counseling. Several churches cover a percentage of the cost and many of those we counsel have benefited from this kind of generosity from their own church.
Procedures
Cross Care Counseling accepts checks, cash, or online payments via an emailed invoice from QuickBooks. Checks should be made payable to Cross Care Counseling. Payments by cash or check are due at the time of the appointment. If paying online, payment is due within 14 days of receiving the emailed QuickBooks invoice.
Insurance
At this time, Cross Care Counseling does not work with insurance nor provide diagnostic codes needed for reimbursement for out-of-network expenses.
