How does the process start?

To begin the process, please contact one of our counselors via e-mail or phone. For contact information, go to our Contact Us page or our Counselors page. Then one of our counselors will reply to set up a time and location to meet and to send you an information form for you to read, fill out, and send back to us or bring to your first session. This information form tells you more about Cross Care but also allows you to give us some initial information about you and what you would like to work on.
